West End Clinic offers a full-service interdisciplinary team, that works to help patients eliminate their alcohol and/or opioid addiction(s) and become self-reliant. Our team includes a physician, several nurses, social workers, substance abuse counselors, and financial counselors.  At West End Clinic the experienced staff specializes in the treatment of substance abuse and have all been trained in providing methadone. Additionally, our on-site physician and all of our nurses are certified to provide vivitrol, buprenorphine and naltrexone.  Additionally, the social workers, counselors, and financial counselors work with patients and their families to help them move forward. They provide a variety of services including therapy and a gateway to other helpful resources.
